"Merlion of Singapore"
© Martha Nichols

The header for this blog was cropped from a photo of the Merlion fountain, a national symbol
in Singapore. The detail shows part of the Merlion—a lion-fish creature spewing water over
Marina Bay—and skyscrapers, another unofficial symbol of this densely packed island.

In this photo gallery, I’ll keep adding pictures, many of which don’t appear in my posts.
